Port house is a private residence built from scratch for the hotel purpose.
We created each 10 rooms to be completely private with a bathroom in every room equipped with fastest WiFi in Tokyo.
We also have a public living room, terrace with a table and chair for you to relax while your stay.
Our hotel provides you with a private room complete with shower and toilet just like a regular hotel.
Rooms are perfect for 1-2 people and we have a larger room as an option for those who want extra space.
During the morning and at night time, we invite you to use our large living room and terrace on the 3rd floor.
This space is shared with all the guests and the Japanese hosts who live on the 3rd floor. You are more than welcome to come up and use the space to relax and enjoy a conversation, have a drink and talk about your trip with hosts and other guests.

The room was very clean. It is near to the train station and there are many shops nearby. The host when I stayed was Hide, who is a great guy.
The rooms are a good size if you are intent on staying a week or more in Tokyo, all facilities are great and the shower is spotless. Highly recommended.
One of the cleanest and quietest places I`ve stayed in the Tokyo area. It`s conveniently close by the Hatagaya station, Family Mart, 7-11, and right by the corner of two 24hr food places, SGusto and Matsuya. (Helpful if you hit a night on the town and need some late night food). The area itself has a lot of hidden gems. The rooms are nice, clean, and modestly decorated with, what looked like, Muji apparel. The doors use a no-key system, and are electronic using touch-locks. The common space was nice to lounge in, and every floor has a refrigerator at the end of the hall to store a few items for all guests, conveniently labeled by room number. I think one of the nicest touches, which I haven`t experienced at other Airbnbs, is that the hosts want to meet you and greet you upon check-in. One of them will schedule a time to stop-by to say hello and tell you a little about Port House and the area. I will happily stay here again in the future :).
We had a great time with Hidenori showing us around and giving us some great recommendations. The place is very clean and organized and enough space even with our huge luggage.
